​HAAQG - Bloomington Public Facebook Group

Our public Facebook group is a community-facing space where we share guild news and connect with the broader quilting community. We use it to share:

  • selected guild highlights and photos
  • opportunities of interest to quilters

Quilt professionals, instructors, vendors, shops, and businesses are welcome to follow the group to learn about upcoming guild programs, Quilt Spectrum opportunities, and other public activities.

​Best for: current HAAQG members who want additional guild information and member interaction.
The HAAQG Members Only Facebook group is a private space for current guild members. It includes many of the same public announcements, program notices, and class reminders shared on our public page, plus additional member-focused content such as:
  • monthly guild meeting Show & Tell photos
  • quilt book reviews from the guild librarian
  • member questions, requests, and discussions
  • additional membership-related PDFs and sign-up information
  • reminders and information intended specifically for guild members
Current members may request to join the private group. Membership is verified before access is approved.

​Best for: anyone who enjoys visual inspiration and wants to see what the guild is creating and doing.

​Public Facebook and Instagram content may be viewed and shared outside the guild. The Members Only Facebook group is intended for current HAAQG members, but members should still use appropriate care when sharing personal information online.

​HAAQG.com remains the primary source for official guild information, current forms, program details, and Quilt Spectrum information. Social media is used to share reminders, highlights, updates, and community conversation.
