QUILT ENTRIES: The quilt entries are beginning to come in. All entries are due March 17, so get them in as soon as you can. Entry forms are available on the HAAQG website homepage and Quilt Show Page, We will have paper forms at the March meeting. Remember that you need a picture of your entry to attach to the form.
VOLUNTEER SIGNUP: Sign Up Genius is now available on the HAAQG website, and it is easy to find and fill out. On the Home Page, click on Volunteer, scroll down a little and click on Volunteer for Quilt Spectrum, choose the time and job you want to volunteer for, and go down to Submit and Sign Up. It will ask for your name and email and enter your choice. You can go back and edit later if you need to change something.
PROPS FOR THE SHOW: Go to the Home Page on the HAAQG Website Home Page. Click Volunteer, scroll down to the Provide Props for Quilt Show tab and sign up for the props you plan to bring. Click the Submit and Sign Up tab. It will ask for your name and email address and record your choices.
MYSTERY SCRAP BAGS: The March meeting is the last one at which Ari Anderson will accept scraps. Bring all you have so they can get them sorted, weighed, and bagged for the show. We hope to have a lot more bags this year. All scraps should be at least two (2) inches in size.
UNIQUE BOUTIQUE: Carol Newberry will accept items for the boutique at both the March and April meetings. We need a variety of items of all kinds at all prices, so get creative and get your items in.
YARD SIGNS: The yard signs we had last year have been updated with this year’s date and will be available at the March meeting. Pick up whatever you can use to get the word out about the show. You can return the signs after the show.
YOU CAN PICK THINGS UP, DROP THINGS OFF, AND ASK QUESTIONS AT THE QUILT SHOW TABLE IN THE BACK OF THE ROOM AT MEETINGS.
